The rupee symbol will not be available on keyboards for another two years. However, Foradian Technologies has developed a font called the Rupee font that users can download for free. The company basically made a vector image of the rupee symbol and mapped the key right above the tab button with it. The reason that key was chosen is because most users and programmers don't use that key.
